Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received, with any included parts and accessories.

How to request a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If we sent an incorrect item or your item arrived damaged, Paws & Pallets covers return shipping. Please include photos of damage or an incorrect item when possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
