Paws & Pallets currently ships within the United States.

Order processing

We ship orders within 2 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping charges and delivery

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping service and destination. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
